Not a course to hold until a due date. Not only progress towards a targeted aim. An in-depth transformation, one that takes root in the body, stands up to pressure and keeps growing long after our last session.
What makes the difference here is time, flexibility and the continuity of the bond. The long view allows what the short view does not: letting something truly settle, going through varied contexts (a period of professional turbulence, a high-stakes talk, a life transition) and observing what holds and what still needs work.
You are never alone between sessions. And you are not left on your own at the end.
At the end of this journey, you no longer need guidance to listen to yourself, attune yourself, express yourself. It is no longer a skill. It is you.
For those who would like a first grounding before committing for the long term, the Impact Journey lays the foundations.
You have decided to commit for the span of four seasons, for yourself first, and because you know that what transforms in you inevitably resonates in everything around you.
It is no small decision. It is the choice to stop separating what you do from the way you live and embody it.
You are looking for more than progress. You are looking for a transformation that settles over time and stays solid when the pressure rises, when the context changes, when nobody is watching. A presence that is, quite simply, yours, in the boardroom as in a difficult conversation, on stage as in silence.
This journey is made for that.
Before you commit to anything, it lets us get to know each other, understand your context and check together that I am the right person to work with you and that this journey is the right one for you, now.
Once you have chosen your journey, you receive a written questionnaire, to begin putting your aim, your situation and your needs into words before our first session. What you write there will be the basis for the work.
Throughout the journey, you have access to all the resource sheets and videos. Not a selection: all of them. With my pointers, of course, on what is most relevant for you now, at this precise moment of the journey. It is guidance that continues between sessions, at your rhythm, in your daily life, and is an integral part of the work. And you can carry it on fully on your own after the journey closes.
At the halfway point, we will take time, in session, to take stock together against your initial aim or aims: what has emerged, what has taken root, what remains to be explored. To confirm the course or adjust it.
The journey does not stop at our last session. One to two months after our closing session, I get in touch to see how you are. To make sure you are staying on course on your own, that what has taken root keeps growing and that the transformation stands up to everyday life.
At the end of this journey, you are no longer quite the same person as at the start.
Not because you have learned techniques. Because something has settled, at the deepest level: in the body, in the voice, in the way of being in the world.

A precise understanding of how your body and your voice work, and why. It is the starting point of any change that truly takes root.

Concrete tools, usable straight away, to bring your body and your voice where you need them, in daily life as in the moments that matter.

A more grounded presence, a truer voice, a way of inhabiting space with your body that matches who you really are. A presence that is, not one that holds on.

An ability to regulate yourself under pressure. Not to control yourself: to regulate yourself. And it will serve you as much on stage as in the wings. Whatever yours may be, literally or figuratively.

A strong coherence between what you sense and feel inside and what others perceive of you, in speech as in presence: more clarity, less scattering.
“For several years now, I have been fortunate to benefit, and still benefit, from Sophie's expertise.
First in her role as an Insights trainer (…). Then in one-to-one coaching, during which she combined her different areas of expertise and personal development tools.
Sophie also led group sessions within my team and helped create a new dynamic.
Finally, I am still fortunate today to receive high-quality guidance to develop my leadership, notably through the practice of breathing coordination, which is a particularly powerful tool, and through posture, voice and presence work that makes it possible to truly become aware of, anchor and embody the changes gained.
Sophie has always been a smiling, attentive, empathetic person, with the right words, in her place, and equipped with a varied “toolbox”, each tool more interesting than the last, to guide groups and individuals.”
