Protection against automated messages. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses technical data (IP address, interaction with the page) to tell a person from a bot. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in protecting the website. Google processes these data under its own rules.

Booking a "Let's talk!" call. The 30-minute calls are booked through Calendly. You give your name, your email address, the time slot you choose and, if you wish, a few words about your request. Legal basis: steps taken before a possible contract. Kept for three years after our last exchange.

Subscribing to my publication. My publication is hosted by Substack. You give your email address there. It is used to send you the publication. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email. Substack also processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Embedded videos. YouTube videos only load once you have agreed in the cookie banner. YouTube (Google) may then place cookies. Legal basis: your consent.

Technical data. Like any website, the host records connection data (IP address, date, pages viewed) for security and to keep the website running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

If you become a client. The data needed to follow your coaching and for invoicing are kept for the period required by law for accounting records.
