SELF-LEADERSHIP

Your leaders know what they are doing. They do not always know what is happening inside them while they are doing it.

Leaders who listen to themselves inspire differently. A team that shares this language has built something no organisation chart provides: a cohesion that holds under pressure.

True leadership always begins with yourself. Identifying your core priorities, decoding the signals of stress, taking back the reins of your daily life. Not through the head alone: by embodying these principles through the body, the emotions and the voice.

You might think this work is done alone. And yet it is often in the eyes of our peers that we see most clearly what we no longer see ourselves. Without judgement, and with the strength of those who live the same realities.

Working on self-leadership as a team also means creating a shared language, the language of listening, attunement and expression, which lastingly transforms the way people interact day to day, well beyond the training itself.

This is also the moment to address collective leadership to (re)develop and/or strengthen it.

How it works

Axis 1

Identifying your core priorities

Not the priorities of the schedule: the priorities that give meaning. This work of aligning values with daily actions is the starting point for more coherent and lasting leadership. We start with ourselves, then make the link between ourselves and the organisation before coming back to the team. This work can take place in one-to-one sessions, between the group sessions, or during the group sessions.

Axis 2

Decoding the body's signals

The body senses and knows before the head. It signals overload, loss of direction, running out of breath, well before they become problems. Learning to read these signals and respond to them means taking back responsibility, as an individual and as a team.

Embodying, not only understanding

What sets this work apart from classic self-leadership training: it goes through the body, the voice, the posture. Because knowing how you function and what you value is not enough to change the way you enter a room or react under pressure. It is this embodied work that makes change last.

The collective mirror

Working on self-leadership as a team also means creating a space where vulnerability becomes a shared resource. Blind spots come to light without judgement. Realisations come faster alongside those who live the same professional realities.
