The contact form.<\/strong> Your name, your email address, your message, your phone number. They are used to reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken before a possible contract, or my legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Kept for three years after our last exchange.<\/p>

Protection against automated messages.<\/strong> The form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses technical data (IP address, interaction with the page) to tell a person from a bot. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in protecting the website. Google processes these data under its own rules.<\/p>

Booking a \"Let's talk!\" call.<\/strong> The 30-minute calls are booked through Calendly. You give your name, your email address, the time slot you choose and, if you wish, a few words about your request. Legal basis: steps taken before a possible contract. Kept for three years after our last exchange.<\/p>

Subscribing to my publication.<\/strong> My publication is hosted by Substack. You give your email address there. It is used to send you the publication. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email. Substack also processes your data under its own privacy policy.<\/p>

Embedded videos.<\/strong> YouTube videos only load once you have agreed in the cookie banner. YouTube (Google) may then place cookies. Legal basis: your consent.<\/p>

Technical data.<\/strong> Like any website, the host records connection data (IP address, date, pages viewed) for security and to keep the website running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.<\/p>
